Followership

Many commentators have referred to an emerging "crisis" in leadership in Australia. We have been looking into this issue with a view to identifying strategies for improving the effectiveness and reputations of leaders, both now and in the future. The issue is developed in our paper on the subject which can be accessed here.

We have also developed a new training program - able to be conducted as a stand-alone program, or as part of a more extensive course - which we believe can help organisations to address this challenge successfully. Please get in touch to explore the possibilities.

Australia's Aging (Ageing) Workforce

Recent widespread debate has errupted on this subject following Australian Treasurer Peter Costello's recent policy announcements. Clients and regular visitors will be aware that we have been actively working in this field for some time. Our publication Australia's Aging Workforce is a unique and important offering which tackles the critical issue of the decline in the rate of growth of Australia's workforce over the next 25 years. This is a subject no organisation can afford to ignore. For more details.
